Stellar provides engineering, procurement and construction management services in USA, China, Middle East etc. for international food-and-beverage manufacturers. These manufacturers are afforded the same food-and-beverage expertise they’ve come to expect from us in the U.S., delivered by professionals who understand the Chinese market, culture and business practices.

Many of our China clients are long-term repeat clients in the United States. When building their food-and-beverage processing and distribution facilities in China, we apply the same stringent standards from their U.S. operations to their Chinese facilities.

We are headquartered in Shanghai, with branch offices in Beijing and Guangzhou. Currently we are engaged in projects worth more than USD $100 million in China and expect to exceed more than USD $500 million in projects over the next three years.
