ThesuccessfulcandidateisaChineseprofessionalfluentinspokenandwrittenEnglish,withatleast8-10yearsexperience.

Morespecificallyhe/shewould:
-Beanexperiencedprofessionalwhocontinuestodevelophis/herskillsandexpertise.
-Beabletohandlemanydifferenttypesofprojectsandtypesofworkduetoastronggeneralistbackground.
-Possessexcellenttechnicalskills,andstrongpersonalinitiative.He/shewillworkwiththehigheststandardsofinnovation,flexibilityandcreativityindevelopingsolutionsforourClients’projects.
-HaveasoundpracticalexperienceoftheChinesedesignandconstructionindustry.
-BeabletoliaiseeffectivelywithClients,Consultants,ContractorsandLocalAuthorities.
-Haveagoodunderstandingofhowtomanagetheworkflowofanarchitecturalconsultancy.

Compulsoryrequirementsinclude:
BachelorDegreeinCivilEngineeringorArchitecture.Master’sdegreepreferred.
ThoroughKnowledgeofcodesandregulationsintheChineseconstructionindustry.
SoundsiteexperienceinChinaandpossiblyabroad.
Designmanagementanddesigncompliancereviewexperience.
Multidisciplinaryconsultantscoordinationexperience.
Clientsliaisonexperience.
Teammanagementexperience
Strongattentiontodetails.
Excellentorganizationalskills.
Capabilitytoworkaspartofamultidisciplinaryteam.
