Responsibilities:
workingwithchiefArchitectsinordertodevelopsuitabledesignstrategies.
Carryingoutresearchandanalysisasneededforaproject.
HandsondesignrolefromConcepttoConstructiondrawings.
Smalldesignteamsmanagement
LiaisonwithClients,Consultants,ContractorsandLocalAuthorities.
Somesitesupervisionasneeded.


Requirements:
MasterDegree(oralternativelyBachelor’sdegree)inArchitectureorUrbanDesign,withatleast7-12yearsworkexperience.SoundChineseexperience,someoverseasexperiencepreferable.
Strongconceptdesignskills.
Goodpresentationskills
FamiliarwithChineselawsandregulationsinthedesignandconstructionindustry
Excellentportfolioofbuiltprojects.
SiteExperience.
Teammanagementskills
FamiliarwithAutoCAD,Photoshop
Experienceof3DprogramssuchasStudioMax,Sketch-uppreferred.
Goodhanddrawingskills.
Strongattentiontodetail.
Excellentorganizationalskills.
NativeMandarinspeakerrequired.FluencyinEnglishessential
