任职资格：
1、重点大学本科以上学历,城市规划设计或相关专业；
2、具有较强的方案构思及专业技能，能够作为骨干完成大型项目的方案规划；
3、具有十二年以上城市规划或建筑设计经验，熟悉国内规划相关规范；
4、具有良好的沟通能力，以及项目管理的经验；
5、具有良好的协调能力，及团队管理能力；
6、有境外学习、工作，或外资工作背景者优先考虑。
