任职要求：
1、7年实际工程经验，熟悉建筑及施工，施工监理工作。具备全程参与建筑项目的经验。
2、很强的沟通能力以及对技术难题解决的能力。
3、有一定的管理经验，以及优秀的独立工作能力。
4、必备幕墙设计，配合经验。具有复杂几何形态建筑经验为佳。
5、必备熟练中英文沟通能力。
6、熟知绘图，三维及办公软件AutoCad,InDesign,Illustrator,PhotoshopandMicrosoftOffice的应用；熟知3DStudio,Max/Viz,Rhino为佳
7、工资和待遇是经验以及资格而定。
