专业要求：工程造价、建筑、园林、工民建、土木工程类相关专业
学 历：本科以上（含本科）
工作经验：本岗位工作经验2年以上
任职资格：
1.熟悉掌握预算各类软件技能；
2.熟悉掌握了解国家专业预算定额规范、法律条例；
3.熟悉掌握各地区市场材料、人工劳务信息；
4.具有室外工程及景观工程预算经历者优先；
5.持有预算证、造价师、经济师职称证书者优先
Position: Estimator
Major: construction cost, architecture, landscape architecture, civil engineering, civil engineering
Education: Bachelor or above
Work Experience: 2 years
Qualifications:
1.Familiar with the budget class software skills;
2.Familiar with a fixed budget to understand national professional standards, laws and regulations;
3.Familiar with the various regional markets materials, labor and labor information;
4.Experience in outdoor construction and landscaping project is preferred;
5.License certificate holders are preferred.
