职位详情

1、负责协同高级设计师及指导设计师小组（方案设计，扩初设计，施工图设计）的项目建筑图纸制作、协同项目图纸及文档的整理；
Responsible to assist Senior Designer and direct Design Team in Schematic Design, Design Development and Working Drawing of drawings, drawing coordination and document filing;
2、在项目执行过程中（包括施工图，施工图变更，工地配合），承担建筑专业总代表；
Takes up full Architectural professional responsibility in the charge of project;
3、负责建筑规范，防火规范，报批文件的技术指导；
Responsible for technical application of Building Code /Regulation, Fire Code and Approval Application;
4、负责同甲方，各专业咨询公司，产品及加工厂商的沟通和会议；
Responsible to communicate and meeting with Owner, Consultants and Product Manufacturer;　　
5、负责公司建筑图纸的审核；
Responsible for checking Drawings;
6、负责每周向PM O书面汇报各阶段进程；
Responsible for PMO’s weekly written report on work progress;
7、负责下属团队的KPI考评；
Responsible for subordinate’s KPI report;
8、在项目执行的任何阶段，事病假及倒休需向CEO及人事部汇报；
Reports to CEO and HR for sick leave and time off;
9、参与面试项目建筑师。
Participates in face interview of Project Architect.

任职资格 Qualification：
1、建筑或有关专业的学士或以上学位；
Requires an architectural or related fields bachelor’s degree or above;
2、能够运用公司提供的最新版CAD制图软件，日照计算软件，Word, Excel，Photoshop等软件；
Be able to use of software including CAD, Sunshine Calculation, Word, Excel and Photoshop of the latest version as provided by the company;
3、十年以上设计公司工作经验；
Have 10 years of working experience in design firm;
4、熟悉中华人民共和国建筑规范及项目申报程序；
Well versed in China Building Code, regulation and project Approval Application procedure;
5、有相关国家注册资格；
Have a National Professional License;
6、能够运用中英文进行交流。
Be able to communicate in Chinese and English.
