Job summary
岗位职责：

1. Assist the lead international architect as a junior member of design project teams.
协助外籍主创建筑师进行项目设计工作
2. Work under supervision to complete design drawing tasks.
遵照指引完成设计出图任务
3. Assist with the preparation of drawings for presentation to clients.
协助准备汇报文本
4. Assist with the preparation of drawings for submission to planning authorities
协助准备报规文本
5. Research technical standards and local submission requirements.
搜集技术标准及当地报规要求


Qualifications:
任职资格：

1. BA/MA in Architecture or working towards BA/MA in architecture.
建筑学硕士或本科毕业生或在读生
2. High quality student design work.
在校期间的设计任务完成较为出色
3. Ability to use design software, AutoCAD, Sketch Up, Adobe CS. Knowledge of Revit or Rhino would be useful.
能够使用：AutoCAD, Sketch Up, Adobe CS, 对Revit或Rhino软件有了解更佳
4. Some previous work experience would be useful.
具备一定相关工作经验更佳
5. Some knowledge of national and Shenzhen building regulations would be useful.
熟悉国家及深圳市地方建筑法规更佳
