任职资格：
·具有优秀的规划创作能力和建筑规划创意；
·参与过大型工程项目设计，能理解、把握项目及业主需要，善于沟通协调；
·熟悉有关国家规范及专业规范；
·良好的手绘能力；
·城市规划专业本科及其以上学历；
·至少5年以上规划领域设计经验；
·英语口语流利，熟悉专业词汇，能与外籍同事无障碍沟通者优先考虑；
·有同类外企工作经验者或英语国家留学经验者优先考虑。

Experience of large engineering project design, albe to understand the requirements of projects and property owners, and good at communication and coordination;
- Good knowledge of relevant national and professional standards;
- Good hand-drawing capability;
- Bachelor's degree or above in uban planning;
- At least 5 years experience in planning and design area;
- Fluent　oral　English,　knowledge　of　professional　vocabulary　and　ability　to　communicate　with　foreign　colleagues　without　difficulty　are　preferred;
- Working　experience　in　similar　foreign　companies　or　overseas　study　experience　in　English-speaking　countries　is　preferred.
