工作职责：Job Responsibilities
1.充分了解工程相关状况及甲方的相关要求，具体执行项目的方案设计;
Fully understand the related requirements of clients and status of projects, detail and specify the concept design of the project;
2.配合主创设计师及以上级别设计师参与设计技术工作，能够在主创设计师的指导下独立完成项目总图深化工作，以及独立完成分析图的设计工作;
Assist superiors to take part of the progress of design, detail and specify the master plan of the project; accomplish the design of analysis chart independently;
3.在主创设计师的指导下独立完成项目户型平面和立面的设计及深化工作，并参与向客户的各阶段成果汇报;
Detail the layout plane and the elevation design under the supervision of the senior designer,and report to the client at each stage of the progress;
4.对图纸进行设计方面的审定并及时提出修改意见;
Provide suggestions and processing approval for the drawing;
5.配合并辅助主任设计师完成项目的组织管理工作，并能积极和业主沟通，解决相应问题;
Coordinate and assist the senior design to organize and manage projects, retain positive communication with clients and solve related problems;
6.对相关项目组成员的工作进度及工作质量进行有效监督，及时解决助理建筑师、助理设计师提出的相关设计问题;
Supervised the working progress and qualities of team members, able to make solutions according to the junior levels;
7.定时向上级汇报或沟通项目及设计进度的工作情况;
Report the work progress to superiors in time;
8.执行上级分配的其他任务。
Execute the other assignments.

任职要求：Job Requirements
1.要求建筑学专业本科以上学历;
Bachelor or above degrees in architecture design
2.具有3年以上建筑设计工作经验;
3 years or above experiences in architectural design field;
3.熟练使用AutoCAD, Photoshop;能操作3Dmax,Powerpoint等软件更佳;
Advanced in AutoCAD, Photoshop, preferable with 3Dmax, Powerpoint;
4.能吃苦耐劳，具有很强的事业心，良好的团队合作精神，责任心强;
Hardworking, motivated, strong sense of responsibilities and team working;
5.具备英语听说写能力优先考虑。
Preferable with good English skills.
